Changes with the Executive Restaurant Recruiters Blog

You might notice the small post directly below this one; the one without a title, or author information. It is called an aside and you will be seeing more of them from time to time. The are a way of conveying quickly, small bits of information that are interesting, without writing a post that is hundreds of words long. Hope you enjoy them.

Also, I have decided to open up the blog and take comments without moderation. It seems to me that as long as the community is made up of professionals and good-hearted people, there shouldn’t be a need in making people wait to see their comments published. If you notice abuses, please let me know via email so that I can remove the offensive material. I don’t plan on deleting much stuff and hope that it is totally unnecessary.
